Seola Lane Residence

Now under construction, The Seola Lane Residence is a contemporary residence for a family of four built over the foundations of an old cottage on Puget Sound waterfront. The house is organized as two wings linked by a central dining hall and includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms in 3150 square feet. The house's gull wing roof creates interior spaces that take the best advantage of incredible water and sky views. Exterior materials, including clear anodized aluminum doors and windows, European wood panels and integrally colored cement panels were chosen to require minimal maintenance while modulating the scale and proportion of the house. The Seola Lane Residence is under construction by Island Construction and will be completed in summer, 2008.
